We are in a moment of explosive growth in research capabilities, driven by three key factors:

  1. Data availability
  2. Specialized knowledge materialized in packages within languages, grouped in two major language families: Python and R
  3. Increasing usefulness of generative AI for both coding and applying existing models to problems, with varying effectiveness depending on the subject and nature of the model and data

We observe that the isomorphic nature of statistical techniques across scientific disciplines allows us to adapt methods from various fields to socio-economic contexts. We share a passion and interest for these subjects and impose upon ourselves a working constraint of finding problems with immediately useful applications.

We enforce this constraint by establishing working relationships with our clients that allow us to develop applications from existing research.

Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in statistics, economics, computer science, and social sciences. Unified by proficiency in statistical programming, we collaborate effectively.
